The 4L foil calf colostrum pouch belongs to the Kody Packaging colostrum pouch range. Supplied with a drain tube, it is built around the storage, preservation, refrigeration and feeding of calf colostrum, and is the kind of flexible pack a farm uses in its colostrum management routine.
The pouch body is made from aluminium foil and pure aluminium. The foil layer provides light protection and barrier performance, which helps the colostrum keep during refrigeration and transfer, while the pure aluminium structure further reduces the passage of gas and light. The pouch itself is soft, so when feeding, the drain tube controls the flow and makes the portion easier to judge than with an open container.
Volumes run from 1-10L and printing can be done in 1-8 colours. Optional accessories are a drain tube and an outer frame: the drain tube guides the liquid during feeding, and the frame helps the pouch hold its shape while it is being used. The pouch is made to order, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pieces.
Applications are calf colostrum packaging and liquid packaging, and it is also used as a dairy-cattle feeding pouch, a calf drenching pouch, a farm-use pouch, a milk pouch or a feeding pouch. Pouch style and accessories can be settled according to how the farm actually feeds and how much is given at a time.
The pouches are produced by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Foil lamination, pouch making and accessory assembly make up the main steps on this line, and a sample can be made from your artwork or drawing for approval before bulk production.
