Custom Aluminium-Laminated Water Pouch 5350 ml for Hydrogen-Rich Water

This small-format aluminium-laminated water pouch is named at 5350ML and spans 1-10 L in the specification table, built with a four-side seal and a spout. On a four-side seal the seams run around the perimeter of the body, so stress is spread evenly, which suits stable filling of small volumes. It is aimed mainly at hydrogen-rich water, hydrogen water and juice, and also serves small packs of spring water.

The material is an aluminium-plastic build combining metallized and pure aluminium. The aluminium layer handles light blocking and barrier duty, reducing the effect of light and oxygen on hydrogen-type contents, while the plastic layer supplies flexibility and heat-seal performance so the pouch survives filling and transport intact. The four-side seal keeps the body flat, which helps when packing it neatly into cartons.

Printing covers 1 to 8 colours. Volume spans 1-10 L, accessories are a spout and screw cap, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout opening and seal width can all be adjusted to the customer's requirement, with artwork produced from the supplied file.
