This spout pouch is used for disinfectant, liquid soap, hand sanitiser and household cleaning liquids from 500 ml to 2 L. The spout pours the liquid in a measured stream into a dispenser or a refill container, and the cap is replaced between uses, so a larger pack can serve a household or a workplace over a long period.
The film is a PET + PE laminate; the inner PE layer is chosen to resist disinfectant actives and surfactants without delamination, and the outer PET layer keeps the printed safety and dosage information readable for the full life of the pack. The pouch stands on its gusset base when filled. Seal parameters are set to your filling equipment, and the pouch can be run on automatic filling lines.
