A single-use stand-up spout pouch for the drinks industry, with a body structure designed to resist pressure and used for filling orange juice and other juices as well as carbonated soft drinks. Being single-use, it removes the washing and return step entirely: open, drink, discard.
The body is made from aluminium foil and pure aluminium. These barrier layers limit the effect of light and oxygen on the drink's flavour. The pouch is heat-sealed on all sides and the base is folded into a standing structure so that pressure spreads along the body instead of bursting a seam during stacked transport. The spout seals once the cap is closed.
The volume range is 1-1000 ml, printing covers 1-8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout specification and artwork can be set to the customer's requirement, with drink names and size marks printed on the panel and the colour scheme following the brand.
