Custom Foil Four-Side-Seal Pouch 1–10 L for Hydrogen-Rich Water

This four-side-seal spout pouch takes a four-layer laminated route, adding a nylon ply inside an aluminium-plastic build for hydrogen-rich water and everyday drinking water. Nylon is valued for its toughness: it lifts the pouch's resistance to puncture and to repeated flexing, so corners and edges are less likely to break through during transport and handling.

The plies bring together transparent film, aluminium foil and pure aluminium. Printing sits on the outermost layer, foil and pure aluminium in the middle block light and oxygen, and the nylon ply sits between them to reinforce mechanical strength. Four-side sealing presses all four edges in a single pass, leaving a squared-off body that stacks neatly in cartons with little wasted space.

Volume runs across 1-10L, printing covers 1-8 colours, a spout and screw cap are available as accessories, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout bore and the position of the clear window can all be adjusted to customer requirements. Colour proofs and a physical sample are reviewed before the run begins.
