Custom Foil Four-Side-Seal Pouch 1–10 L with Spout for Fruit Juice

This four-side-seal foil spout pouch uses metallized and pure aluminium material, spans 1-10 L and comes with a spout and screw cap. Seams run around all four edges, leaving a flat, broad face that suits juice and hydrogen-rich water products. The foil layer does the light blocking and barrier work, so the contents take in less light and oxygen over the storage period.

A four-side seal does not rely on a folded base to take shape, so the pouch is simple and holds a firm, crisp form that resists sliding when stacked. The laminate bonds foil to plastic film with adhesive: the foil carries the barrier, the film carries strength and heat-seal ability, and the inner layer has to be compatible with the fill so it does not delaminate after long contact.

Printing covers 1 to 8 colours. Volume spans 1-10 L, accessories are a spout and screw cap, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch width and height, spout specification and seam dimensions are all customisable, with artwork from the customer's design file and colour order set at proofing.

It is used mainly for fruit juice pouches and stand-up spout pouches for hydrogen-rich water, and also for other small liquid food packs that need light protection. Once the spout is opened the contents can be drunk in stages, and the screw cap reseals what is left.

Kody Packaging completes production in Dongguan, Guangdong, with printing, lamination and pouch making closely sequenced. Samples can be made from an existing pouch to confirm seams and foil behaviour before bulk production.

Foil thickness and pouch dimensions affect both cost and barrier level, so quotations follow the approved sample. If the fill contains acidic components, please say so in advance so the inner layer can be adjusted.
