Custom Foil Four-Side-Seal Pouch 1–10 L with Spout for Glacier Water

A foil four-side-seal penguin spout pouch aimed at the whole drinks line: drinking water, glacier water, hydrogen-rich water and mineral beverages. The body is laminated from transparent film, pure aluminium and metallized film. The aluminium handles light blocking and oxygen isolation, while the transparent film keeps the pack visually open. Four-side sealing gives a crisp, firm body, and the penguin base flares slightly so the pouch stands more steadily and is less likely to topple when filled pouches are stacked. The flared base also helps when pouches are stood on a shelf edge rather than a flat surface.

Volume can be chosen within 1-10L, printing runs to 1-8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs, with a spout and screw cap among the accessories. Artwork, pouch dimensions and spout bore are all open to customisation, and colour proofs are reviewed before plates are cut.
