Custom Foil Four-Side-Seal Pouch 1–1000 ml for Hydrogen-Rich Water

The four-side-seal pouch for hydrogen-rich water uses a four-side-seal body with a spout and an aluminium-foil barrier, built from a thickened nylon four-layer aluminium-plastic laminate. It suits drinking water and hydrogen-rich water, liquids that call for strong light blocking and resistance to seepage. Four-side-seal means the whole perimeter is sealed and only the spout position is left free at the top, so the finished body holds a crisp outline and is unlikely to split along an edge under pressure. Kody Packaging makes it to order in volumes from 1-1000 ml.

On the material side, aluminium foil is combined with pure aluminium. Aluminium is dense enough to hold back light, oxygen and water vapour at the same time; the nylon layer brings toughness so the bag resists puncturing when dropped or squeezed; the laminated layer bonds the plies into one sheet and provides the heat-seal strength. Once the four layers are stacked, the wall is on the thick side and feels substantial — helpful for formulas that need a longer shelf life or protection from light.

Printing runs 1-8 colours, volumes span 1-1000 ml, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Bag dimensions, spout diameter, seal width and artwork can all follow a drawing.

Applications fall under liquid drinking-water packaging: hydrogen-rich water and mineral water, and equally the flexible packing needs of soup, milk and juice.

Production is in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand, with sampling against a customer's sample before bulk production. Seal width can be widened where the pack is expected to take rougher handling in transit.
