Custom Foil Four-Side-Seal Pouch 1 L with Spout for Perm Solution

This customised 1 L four-side-seal spout pouch for perm solution is built around light protection. The body is four-side-sealed and uses pure aluminium together with foil as the barrier material, which suits hair dye and colour cream — formulas that change when exposed to light. Four-side-seal closes the whole perimeter and leaves only the spout at the top, so the finished body is flat and crisp, able to stand after filling and to pack easily into cartons. Kody Packaging makes the pouch to order in volumes from 1-1000 ml.

The pure aluminium layer is dense and blocks light, oxygen and water vapour noticeably, reducing the chance that active ingredients in the formula are affected by light; the foil layer that accompanies it reinforces both the barrier and the stiffness. Once the plies are laminated, the wall resists puncturing well. The spout is heat-sealed to the body and its cap can be closed again after use, so leftover cream is not left exposed.

Printing runs 1-8 colours, volumes span 1-1000 ml, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Artwork, dimensions, spout diameter and seal width follow a customer drawing, and volumes other than 1 L can be chosen within the range.

Applications sit under liquid packaging, mainly perm solution, hair dye and colour cream, and also shampoo, hair-care products and disinfectant liquids.

Production is in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand, with sampling before the bulk order. Where a formula is especially sensitive to light, the laminate can be adjusted at the sampling stage to add barrier.
