Product details
A stand-up spout pouch for portioning soy milk and milk, supplied with a carry handle and made from foil-type materials. The product name states a 1–10 L application range, while the specification lists 1–20 L, so the working volume can be chosen to match the customer's requirement.
The materials are metallized film, aluminium foil and pure aluminium, forming an aluminium-containing laminated structure. The foil layer provides barrier, the metallized layer adds light blocking and appearance, and the pure aluminium layer raises overall barrier level. Aluminium structures are sensitive to heat sealing: the aluminium does not seal directly, and the inner layer has to complete the bond.
Volumes run from 1–20 L and printing covers 1–8 colours. Fittings are a spout, screw cap and carry handle, with a MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Bag dimensions, handle style and artwork are made to order.
The pouch mainly holds soy milk and milk, and suits other liquids that need to be kept away from light. The handle makes a full pouch easy to carry, and the spout and cap allow partial dispensing and resealing.
Made by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. A sample can be produced from the customer's reference bag to confirm the aluminium structure and seal result before volume production. The number of aluminium-containing layers and the print colour count make a large difference to price, so quotations follow the confirmed sample.
