Custom Foil Packaging Pouch 1–1000 ml with Spout for Laundry Detergent

A stand-up liquid pouch with a spout, made from aluminium foil and laminated material, aimed mainly at laundry detergent and equally usable for disinfectant and other liquid products. A filled pouch stands on its base, and the capped spout controls the pour so liquid is less likely to splash.

Structurally the laminate is the main body, with a foil layer added as required. Foil's light-blocking and barrier properties help slow changes in the active ingredients of the liquid, while the laminate supplies tensile strength and puncture resistance. The pouch is heat-sealed on four sides and the spout is fused to the top, keeping the seal continuous around the opening.

Capacities span 1-1000 ml, printing takes 1-8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout specification and base construction can be adjusted to the customer's requirement, with artwork supplied by the client or laid out for approval.

Use is centred on liquid packaging, including laundry detergent and disinfectant. Large household refills, supermarket shelf packs and hotel washroom decanting all use this format. For large refill formats, the base width can be widened so the filled pouch stays steady on a shelf or inside a carton. A sample run with the customer's own detergent is the usual way to confirm the structure before tooling.
