Custom Foil Packaging Pouch 500 ml with Spout for Drinking Water

This customised 500 ml spout pack for drinking water takes 500 ml, a common single-serve amount, as its volume. The body is a laminated foil structure made with extra thickness and carries a spout on top that is simply unscrewed for drinking. The material holds back gas and light, which helps slow the loss of bubbles when the pack is used for carbonated soft drinks, and makes portion control easy when it is used for water. The wall is a multi-ply laminate: the foil layer blocks light and oxygen, the thickened laminated layer raises stiffness and pressure resistance, and the heat-seal between spout and body is reinforced so the pack does not seep when inverted or squeezed. The stand-up base keeps a filled bag steady, so it sits and displays neatly, and the spout cap reopens and recloses, letting an unfinished drink be capped and carried.

Printing runs 1-8 colours, volumes span 1-1000 ml, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Artwork, bag dimensions, spout diameter and wall thickness all follow a customer drawing, and volumes other than 500 ml can be chosen within the range.

Applications are liquid drinking-water packaging: mineral water and carbonated drinks, as well as hydrogen-rich water, juice, soup and milk.

Production is in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand, with sampling approved before the bulk run. For carbonated contents, wall thickness and the seal around the spout are the two points to settle first, since both affect how long the drink holds its bubbles.
