Custom Foil Pouch 1–1000 ml with Spout for Laundry Detergent

The body is built up from aluminium foil and laminated material: the outer ply carries printing and resists abrasion, the foil in the middle blocks light and oxygen, and the inner ply touches the contents and completes the heat-seal. The stand-up base holds the bag upright after filling. The spout can sit centred or offset, and the screw-cap nozzle allows repeated dispensing and makes it easy for a consumer to pour the liquid into a washing-machine drawer.

Printing is available in 1-8 colours, volumes span 1-1000 ml, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Artwork, bag proportions, spout diameter and seal type all follow a drawing, and for repeat orders the process parameters are held steady once the sample is approved.
