Custom Foil Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml for Perm Solution and Hair Dye Cream

The stand-up foil spout pouch for perm solution is aimed at the packing needs of hair-care products. The body can be made stand-up and spout-fitted, and it handles liquids of differing viscosity, from perm solution to colour cream. Foil, pure aluminium and laminated material work together, and the material itself blocks light, so once the customer's artwork is printed the pack gives a complete retail appearance. On the structural side, the stand-up base lets a filled bag stand on its own and the spout sits at the top, so both dispensing and pouring happen at that point. The pure aluminium layer blocks light and oxygen and helps keep the formula stable; the laminated layer bonds the plies together and determines seal strength and tightness. The spout cap can be closed between uses, limiting contact between contents and air.

Printing runs 1-8 colours, volumes span 1-1000 ml, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs, with bag dimensions, spout diameter, pouch style and artwork all adjustable from a drawing.

Applications are liquid packaging: colour cream and perm solution, as well as shampoo, hair-care products and disinfectant liquids.

Production is in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand, with sampling confirmed before the run is scheduled. The pouch can also be supplied unprinted for buyers who prefer a plain pack, and the spout type is chosen to match whether the contents are poured or squeezed. Where a formula needs extra protection from light, the ply combination is reviewed during sampling.
