Custom shaped spout pouches are flexible packs designed for sauce-type foods, made from laminated material in volumes from 1-1000 ml. A shaped outline paired with the spout lets tomato sauce, jelly and liquid sauces be squeezed out through the spout, and the filled pouch stands for display and for portioned use.
The laminate forms the main structure of the body, with foil included as a barrier layer that blocks light, oxygen and moisture, useful for sauces where colour and flavour need protection. Shaped pouches are die-cut to outline, and the spout weld and the folded base are the two areas to control during bag making.
Volumes are 1-1000 ml, printing supports 1-8 colours and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Colour count, outline, spout diameter and size are all customisable; send artwork or a reference pouch and production is scheduled after the structure is confirmed.
The application is liquid food packaging, with tomato sauce and jelly named in the product and liquid sauces and jam in the same group. Sauces are viscous, so the spout channel needs to match the particle size of the contents to avoid blockage or a flow that is too slow, and a trial bag helps fix the right outlet size.
