Custom Foil Spout Pouch 1 L for Hair Dye and Hair Treatment Cream

A stand-up spout pouch made to order for hair-care products, where a 1L fill works for hair dye, hot oil treatment cream, hydrogen peroxide cream and perm solution alike. Salons use these products dose by dose and decant them into portions, so swapping bottles for pouches saves storage space and makes it easy to reseal whatever is left over.

The body is built from metallized film and a pure aluminium layer. The metal layers provide light blocking and oxygen blocking, which keeps a formula that breaks down easily, such as hydrogen peroxide cream, more stable away from light. The stand-up base lets the pouch stand unaided on a worktop, so a stylist can take product out with one hand without holding the pouch steady. Salon use also means the pouch may be opened many times in a single day.

Capacity runs from 1-1000ml, printing covers 1-8 colours, the minimum order is 10,000 pcs, and the accessories include a spout and screw cap. Pouch proportions, spout bore and whether a measuring-cup mouth is fitted can all be adjusted to the customer's requirements.

Applications take in laundry detergent, cleaner, shampoo, hair dye and perm liquids, and liquid packaging more broadly. Hair-care lines tend to run in small batches across many variants, so being able to change artwork flexibly helps a brand with distribution, and artwork changes from one salon brand to the next are handled at the plate stage.
