Custom Foil Spout Pouch 1 L for Hair Dye and Perm Solution

A corrosion-resistant spout pouch with a 1L fill, formed as a four-side-seal structure with side gussets. The gussets let the body open outwards to both sides once filled, which makes better use of the volume and keeps the shape neat even when 1L of liquid is inside.

The body is built mainly from aluminium foil and a pure aluminium layer. The metal layers isolate light and oxygen, and the inner film receives a chemical-resistant treatment, so formulas such as hair dye, perm solution and shampoo are less likely to corrode the pouch wall on contact. Four-side sealing produces evenly wide edges, and together with the gusset folds it keeps weak points from forming at the corners.

Capacity runs from 1-1000ml, printing covers 1-8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Gusset width, the length-to-width ratio of the body, spout specification and artwork can all be adapted to a customer's plan, and samples confirm how the gussets behave at the target fill volume.

Primary uses are laundry detergent, cleaner, shampoo, hair dye and perm liquids, and liquid packaging. Wash-and-care and hair-care products are often made in the same plant, so settling on one pouch format makes changeovers on the filling line less trouble, and lines that switch between the two groups change over faster.
