Custom Foil Stand-up Pouch 5 L with Spout for Beverages and Liquids

A stand-up spout pouch that combines foil and transparency. Marked at 5 L, it also matches the customary 2 jin reference used for smaller liquor packs, with a 1–10 L range. A spout, handle and screw cap are fitted, suiting liquor, beverages and drinking water.

The structure combines metallized film, pure aluminium and nylon-PE. The metallized layer forms a thin reflective metal coating that blocks light and adds a decorative effect while keeping some transparency; the pure aluminium layer strengthens the barrier; nylon-PE provides toughness and heat sealing. The laminated body resists damage from creasing and compression.

Volumes run from 1–10 L and printing is available in 1–8 colours. The fittings are a spout, handle and screw cap, with a MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Bag style, dimensions and artwork are made to order, and liquor customers can specify how the volume is stated on the print.

The pouch suits baijiu, fruit wine, beverages and drinking water, and is often used for portioning at gatherings, banquet supply and retail. The handle makes carrying easy, the spout pours cleanly, and the screw cap keeps the pack sealed after opening.

Made by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. A sample can be produced from the customer's reference bag to confirm the metallized appearance and seal strength before production. Material structure, number of print colours and fittings vary, so the price is quoted against the confirmed sample.
