A custom foil stand-up spout pouch with a gold hot-stamping finish, aimed at flexible packaging for coffee, beverages and other liquid foods. The front panel is hot-stamped over the foil substrate, giving the finished pouch a metallic sheen that suits drinks brands wanting to stand out on a crowded shelf.
The bag type is a stand-up spout structure, with a folded-in base that forms the standing bottom and a spout plus screw cap heat-sealed at the top. The material is aluminium foil with pure aluminium: the foil supplies light blocking and barrier, while the pure aluminium layer strengthens resistance to oxygen and moisture. Bonded with a heat-seal layer, the pouch keeps both stiffness and flexibility.
The volume range is 1-1000 ml, printing 1-8 colours, MOQ 10,000 pcs. The stamped area, panel layout and pouch dimensions are confirmed from the customer's artwork, and spout diameter and cap style can be matched. Small-dose packs such as coffee concentrate can be opened on their own plate within the same bag type.
