Custom Foil Stand-up Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml for Conditioner

A stand-up spout pouch that carries the customer's logo, normally filled with conditioner, body wash and perm cream. The whole panel can be designed around the brand's visual system, and with the capped spout at the top the pouch works both standing on a shelf and hanging upside down on a display hook.

The body uses an aluminium foil laminate: the foil layer does the barrier work, while the laminated layer provides mechanical strength and a good printing surface. Bonded together, they keep the pouch stiff enough for heavier creams, and both the edge seams and the base of the spout are heat-sealed into a continuous seal that resists splitting.

Printing runs to 1-8 colours, reproducing logos, graphics and instruction text, and capacities are scheduled across the 1-1000Ml band with a minimum order of 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout bore and cap style are all customisable, with the layout confirmed once artwork arrives.

Uses include laundry detergent, cleaners, shampoo, hair dye and perm liquid, plus body lotion, sheet masks, facial cleanser and liquid packaging. Brand-owned lines, contract-manufacturing orders and promotional giveaway packs all fit this pouch, and the printed panel gives the brand full room for its own imagery. Cap colours and spout finishes can be matched to the brand palette, so the printed panel and the closure read as one design.
