Custom Foil Stand-up Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml, Small-Mouth for Jam

A top-opening foil stand-up spout pouch fitted with a small-mouth spout, suited to thicker liquid foods such as jam. The spout is heat-sealed into the top opening so the flow is easier to control when squeezing, and the base folds in to form a standing bottom that keeps the filled pouch upright on the shelf.

The material is a foil and pure aluminium composite. The foil layer blocks light and provides barrier, the pure aluminium layer reinforces resistance to oxygen and moisture, and together with the inner heat-seal layer they protect the contents. The outer layer carries the print and mechanical strength, so the pouch resists damage in handling.

The volume range is 1-1000 ml, printing 1-8 colours, MOQ 10,000 pcs. Spout diameter, cap style, pouch dimensions and artwork can all be matched to the customer's requirements. Where the contents are thick, the spout bore needs to be enlarged accordingly, and this is best confirmed before plates are made.

Applications are stated as liquid packaging. Matching categories include jam, jelly, juice and beverages, milk tea, fresh milk, soy milk, soup and coffee. Paste products containing fruit pieces or granules depend even more on the spout bore design.
