Custom Foil Water Pouch 300 ml with Spout for Hydrogen Water

This 300 ml four-side-seal foil water pouch is positioned around low oxygen transmission, using pure aluminium and metallized material across a 1-10 L volume range, with a spout and screw cap and an opening size that can be customised. Low oxygen transmission means the aluminium layer holds back oxygen strongly, which suits filling hydrogen water and hydrogen-rich water that are sensitive to oxidation.

In the laminate the foil acts as the core barrier layer, transmitting both moisture and oxygen at lower rates than ordinary plastic film. The four-side seal lets the aluminium spread continuously across the pouch face and reduces the stress concentration a folded corner would create. The heat-seal inner layer touches the contents directly, so its material has to balance seal strength against chemical stability.

Printing is available in 1 to 8 colours. Volume spans 1-10 L, accessories are a spout and screw cap, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout opening and seal width are all customisable, with artwork from the customer's file.

Uses cover hydrogen-rich water pouches, drinking water pouches, juice pouches and soup stock pouches, and the format particularly suits products with quality-stability requirements over the storage period. The small volume is easy to finish in one go.
