Custom Foil Water Pouch 330 ml with Spout for Hydrogen-Rich Water

This 330 ml foil spout water pouch uses a four-side seal and targets hydrogen-rich water and spring water. The specification table gives a 1-10 L volume range, the material can be pure aluminium or metallized, and a spout and screw cap are fitted. Aluminium foil is itself opaque, which reduces the effect of light on hydrogen-type contents and makes the pouch a viable alternative to small bottles where storage conditions need controlling.

The light-blocking performance comes from full aluminium coverage. On a four-side seal the seams sit at the pouch edges and no folded corner interrupts the face, so the aluminium layer stays more continuous and light blocking is steadier. The plastic layer supplies flexibility and heat-seal behaviour so the pouch stays intact through filling, cartoning and handling.

Printing is available in 1 to 8 colours. Volume spans 1-10 L, accessories are a spout and screw cap, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Opening size, pouch dimensions and seal width are all customisable, with artwork produced from the customer's file.
