Custom Food-Grade Liquid Packaging Pouch 1–20 L with Spout for Liquids

This factory-customised food liquid pouch spans 1-20 L and comes with a carry handle in a stand-up spout format. The filled pouch stands on its own, and the filling opening doubles as the pouring spout, removing a secondary decanting step. It suits liquid foods shipped in larger single packs and lets households or catering kitchens pour straight from the bag.

The material can be laminated, metallized or pure aluminium. A laminated build balances flexibility against cost for everyday liquids; a metallized layer lifts the barrier against light and gas; pure aluminium blocks most completely for contents that are more sensitive to oxidation and light. The structure follows the fill product and the distribution cycle.

Printing covers 1 to 8 colours. Accessories are a spout, screw cap and handle, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch width and height, bottom gusset, opening diameter and handle position are all customisable, with artwork taken from the customer's file and bulk runs scheduled after sample approval.

Uses cover drinking water pouches, juice pouches, milk pouches, soup stock pouches, fresh beer pouches and hydrogen-rich water pouches, and the format is also common for seasoning liquids and syrups.

Production is carried out by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, where printing, lamination, slitting and pouch making are handled under one roof. Samples can be made from the customer's pouch to verify volume and seams before volume production.
