Custom Food-Grade Stand-up Pouch 300 ml with Spout for Soy Milk

The 300 ml soy-milk spout pouch is a liquid-food packaging option from Kody Packaging, aimed at breakfast chains, fresh-beverage operators and dairy filling lines. A stand-up base keeps the filled pouch upright on a chiller shelf or counter, and a spout heat-sealed into the top lets the drink be consumed straight from the pack once the cap is twisted off, with no straw or cup needed. Volume spans 1-1000 ml, with 300 ml as a common reference size, covering soy milk, milk and juice as retail units.

The body is built from laminated material, several film layers bonded together. The outer layer carries the print and takes wear, the middle layer does the barrier work, and the inner layer handles heat sealing while facing the contents. That division of labour slows the ingress of oxygen and moisture during ambient distribution and helps protect flavour and colour.

Printing runs to 1-8 colours, with artwork supplied by the customer and plates made accordingly, so logos, QR codes and nutrition panels can all go on press. Spout diameter, pouch dimensions and seal width are adjusted to suit the filling line. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, which fits a brand producing one batch at a time.

Applications are listed as liquid food packaging; in practice the pouch is used for soy milk, fresh milk, beverages and juice, and it also suits soup, coffee and milk tea, with semi-fluid products such as jelly and jam filling just as well.
