Custom Food-Grade Stand-up Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml for Red Wine

This odd-shaped food-grade foil stand-up spout pouch puts red wine — a drink that needs protection from light — into a flexible bag. The pouch is stand-up and spout-fitted, made from aluminium foil and laminated material, and the food-grade construction allows the material to touch the wine directly. Against a glass bottle, a flexible bag is lighter and takes less space in transit, and after opening the wine can be poured as needed, which suits by-the-glass sales or small tasting runs. The stand-up base opens after filling so the pack can stand on a table or a chiller shelf, and the die-cut outline gives the bag a shape of its own while the spout regulates pouring speed. The foil layer blocks light and oxygen, which matters for a liquid as sensitive to oxidation and light as red wine; the laminated layer supplies wall strength so the seals do not split under transport vibration.

Printing runs 1-8 colours, volumes span 1-1000 ml, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. A customer can place the label, vintage and region text on the panel, with bag dimensions and spout diameter adjusted from a drawing.

Applications are liquid beverages and red-wine packaging. The pouch also suits juice, soy milk, coffee, milk tea, jelly and jam, as well as the flexible packing of fresh milk.

Production is in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand, with sampling available from a customer's own sample. Because the pack is flexible rather than rigid, one carton carries more wine than the same shelf space filled with glass.
