This large-capacity stand-up spout pouch for laundry detergent is made from transparent food-grade material, with a stand-up base so a filled pouch stands stably on a shelf and a spout at the mouth for pouring and refilling. Kody Packaging produces this pouch type to customer requirements, mainly as packaging for laundry detergent and similar liquid cleaning products.
Both material and thickness are made to order. The film combination can be matched to how the contents flow, how the pouch is filled and the transport conditions: areas that carry load are given more stiffness, while areas meant to show the contents stay transparent so the user can see how much is left without opening the pouch.
Panel dimensions, pouch proportions, spout style and printed artwork are all set to customer requirements. The same pouch design costs differently under different materials and specifications, so pricing is confirmed against a sample, and it is best to settle the pouch plan before ordering.
The use case centres on portioning and refill packs for laundry detergent and similar liquid cleaners, and it can also serve stand-up packaging for other household liquids; brand owners and contract filling plants can both order to their needs. A stand-up base also helps the pouch stay upright while it is being filled on a line.
Production is handled by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, with printing, lamination and bag making linked in a fixed sequence and goods compared against the approved sample before dispatch. Customers who want to assess pouch behaviour and load-bearing first can arrange a sample.
