This spout pouch is made for jelly, pudding and liquid snacks, in sizes from 80 ml to 500 ml. The spout lets the contents be sucked straight from the pouch instead of being spooned out, which suits snack formats sold for lunchboxes, travel and outdoor use, and the flip cap keeps the spout clean between servings.
The film is a PET + AL + PE laminate: the barrier layer protects colour and flavour and keeps the product stable through unrefrigerated distribution, and the inner heat-seal layer seals the pouch and the spout seat. The pouch holds its shape in the hand and stands when filled. Spout diameter, pouch volume and the position of the spout are set to your product and machine, and the front panel takes the 1–8 colour artwork.
