This stand-up spout pouch is made for juice and beverage filling from 100 ml to 1 L, covering single-serve packs through to sharing formats used in canteens and outdoor catering. The spout lets the drink be taken straight from the pouch, so no cup or straw is needed, and the cap can be replaced when the pack is not finished in one go.
The body is a PET + AL + PE laminate. The aluminium layer limits oxygen and light and helps protect flavour and vitamin content through the shelf life, while the inner PE layer seals around the spout and along the pouch edges. Because the pouch is light and the pack stands under its own base when filled, chilled display and transport both use less space than an equivalent bottled product.
Spout size, pouch volume, cap and the 1–8 colour print are all made to order. Guangdong Kody Packaging supplies beverage brands and contract fillers, with samples provided for filling and shelf-life testing before volume production.
