Custom Laminated Beverage Pouch 1–1000 ml with Spout for Jelly

A colour-printed spout pouch for liquid foods such as jelly, juice and milk, formed from a thickened laminated body. The stand-up format with a top spout lets a filled pouch stand in chillers and on shelves, while printed panels carry flavour, volume and brand information together. It suits drinks that need a strong visual identity in a small pack.

The body is made of several laminated films: an outer printing layer, a middle barrier layer and an inner sealing layer. The extra thickness keeps the pouch upright under the weight of jelly or milk and reduces creasing and leakage when packs are stacked. The weld between the spout root and the pouch shoulder is reinforced, so the cap can be opened and closed repeatedly without working loose.

Volumes range from 1–1000 ml, printing is available in 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Customers can specify pouch size, spout and cap, the degree of thickening and the printed design. Fresh milk and other grades that need protection from light can be given a different material structure.

Common applications are liquid food pouches, fresh milk pouches and juice and beverage pouches, and the format also covers jelly, soy milk, milk tea, coffee, soup, jam and carbonated drinks. Chilled fresh drinks tend to use small single-serve pouches, while ambient jelly and jam favour medium and large sizes.
