Product details
A custom stand-up spout pouch for the drinks industry, supplied with a carry feature. Marked at 5 L and covering 1–10 L, it handles beer, soy milk and juice for portioning and short-distance delivery. The transparent body keeps the liquid and the remaining volume visible.
The body is made from nylon and laminated material. Nylon raises tensile strength and folding endurance, and lamination bonds the print layer, barrier layer and sealing layer into one film so the pouch stays supple when filled. Spout fitting and cap welding happen during bag making, and the seal lines have to stay continuous.
Volumes run from 1–10 L, with 5 L as the main size, and printing covers 1–8 colours. Fittings can be specified as a spout, screw cap and handle. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and artwork, bag dimensions and spout specification are made to order.
The main contents are beer, soy milk and juice, along with soup and drinking water. The built-in carry feature makes a full pouch easy to move, and the spout is convenient to pour from, which suits restaurants, delivery points and event sites.
The pouches are produced by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Samples can be made from the customer's volume and artwork file so that printing and sealing can be checked before volume production. Material and fitting choices feed directly into the unit price, so quotations follow the approved sample.
