The 1 kg stand-up spout bag for lubricating oil puts vehicle-care fluids into flexible packaging. The body is a carry-handle stand-up structure made from laminated material, with a spout at the top, so oil can be poured or coolant topped up without a funnel. For liquids with an industrial flavour such as gear grease and coolant, portioning into a flexible bag makes a single dose clearer and leaves less waste packaging to store. The body is a multi-ply laminate in which the plies take on abrasion resistance, barrier and heat-seal duties respectively; the combination can be selected around the chemical behaviour of the contents to lower the risk of seepage or delamination. The stand-up base keeps a filled bag upright, the handle at the top allows one-handed lifting, and the spout cap governs the pour rate — once closed, the bag can be stored flat without spilling.

Printing runs 1-8 colours, volumes span 1-1000Ml, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Bag style, spout diameter, handle type and artwork are all settled from a drawing, and volumes other than 1 kg can be selected within the range.

Applications are liquid packaging: besides lubricating oil, gear grease and coolant, the bag suits printing ink, latex paint, waterproofing material and disinfectant water in industrial and household-care use.

Production is in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand, with sampling before bulk output. Because formulations differ from one product to the next, the ply combination is confirmed against a sample of the actual liquid before the order is released.
