Custom Laminated Spout Pouch 1–10 kg, with Handle, Wide-Mouth for Rice

A laminated spout pouch customised for rice and similar foods, combining stand-up, resealable and carry-handle features in one format. The mouth is made wide-bore so rice pours out quickly without clogging at the opening, and the handle at the top spreads the load when a full bag is lifted, so it does not dig into the hand. The whole format is meant to be handled by shoppers rather than only by warehouse staff.

The body is formed from laminated film, where multiple plies stacked together meet both the load-bearing and the moisture-barrier requirements. The base is a stand-up structure, so a filled pouch can sit directly on a shelf or the floor, while the reseal strip lets the bag be closed again after opening and the wide mouth with its spout makes everyday dispensing straightforward.

Capacity is designed around 1-10kg, printing runs to 1-8 colours, the minimum order is 10,000 pcs, and the accessories are a spout and a carry handle. Pouch proportions, handle position, spout bore and sealing method can all be customised.

Uses centre on rice and grain packaging, and the format also turns up in food categories that need vacuum packing or stand-up display. Vacuum processing places demands on film strength and seal width, so it pays to factor that in at the structural design stage.
