Custom Laminated Stand-up Pouch 1–1000 ml with Spout for Yogurt

This food-grade stand-up spout pouch takes yogurt and jelly as its main contents, both semi-fluid foods. The small-bore spout is what sets it apart from a wide-mouth version: for foods with some body, such as jelly and yogurt, a narrower opening draws more smoothly and spills less. The stand-up base sits tidily on a chiller shelf. Capacity falls between 1-1000 ml depending on the product.

The body is made from laminated material, with the inner layer in direct contact with food, so selection has to consider the acidity and sugar content of the contents, while the middle and outer layers provide barrier and print surface. The laminate also has to stay flexible under refrigeration, since films that turn brittle in the cold can crack at the seams — a common failure point in chilled packaging.

Printing runs to 1-8 colours, with palettes and graphics designed to suit either a children's or a health-oriented positioning. Pouch size, spout diameter and seal width follow the filling line, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
