Custom Laminated Stand-up Pouch 5 L with Spout for Liquids

The 5 L spout pouch targets large-volume uses: family packs, restaurant kitchens and industrial decanting. Filled to 5 L, the pouch sits steady on a counter thanks to its stand-up base, and a handle feature in the body lets it be carried by hand. The spout is a small-bore type, so pouring is a narrow, controlled stream rather than a heavy surge.

The body is laminated material, several films bonded to combine strength with barrier. A large pouch is harder on the body: load-bearing falls to the outer and middle layers, while leak prevention rests on the quality of the heat-seal layer, and the seal along the bottom gusset carries the most stress of any point on the bag, so it is controlled separately during bag making.

Printing runs to 1-8 colours with artwork supplied by the customer. Handle-hole style, spout diameter and the length-to-width ratio of the body are fine-tuned to the fill volume. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, delivered as one batch.

Applications are stated as liquid packaging. In practice the pouch holds drinking water, juice, milk and soup, and can also take fresh beer or household liquids, with the inner layer swapped to match the contents.
