Custom Metallized Liquid Packaging Pouch 3 L for Liquids

Kody Packaging's 3 L liquid pouch is built as a bag-in-box format: a metallized laminated pouch is combined with an outer carton, and a butterfly valve fitted to the pouch acts as the dispensing outlet. It targets the storage, transport and dispensing of larger liquid volumes, where high-barrier protection matters and packaging waste should stay low.

The pouch body is made from metallized laminated film. The metallized layer blocks oxygen, moisture and light, slowing oxidation and aroma loss, while the outer carton gives stiffness and stacking strength so filled pouches hold a neat shape on pallets and shelves. The butterfly valve pairs a seat with a screw cap to control sealing and pouring.

The standard format is 3 L. Pouch construction, valve type, dispensing accessories and the dimensions and print of the outer carton can all be aligned with a customer's range; artwork and material combinations are equally open to customisation, with the final specification confirmed against an approved sample.

Typical uses include concentrated juice, syrup, coffee liquid and sauces, all medium to high-viscosity liquids, as well as measured delivery in chain restaurants, central kitchens and industrial settings where a dispensing tap helps limit contact after opening.

Kody Packaging runs lamination and bag-making lines in Dongguan, Guangdong, controlling film lamination, slitting, pouch making and valve fitting as separate stages. Samples can be produced from a customer's reference pouch or structural drawing before volume production.
