Custom Metallized Stand-up Spout Pouch 1–20 L for Laundry Detergent

This stand-up spout pouch stretches the volume range from 1 to 20 L, carrying laundry detergent, disinfecting liquids, inks and pigments in a metallized and pure aluminium composite. A small-diameter spout gives finer control over pouring speed, which suits accurate decanting and measured dosing.

Metallized film is paired with pure aluminium film: the aluminium layer delivers consistent barrier performance, while the metallized layer keeps a similar masking effect at lower overall weight. The laminated outer layer keeps the pouch face flat, which helps both printing and later heat sealing, and lets the pouch travel through a filling line more smoothly.

Standard volume is 5 L within a 1–20 L family, so bag width and height can follow the fill quantity. Printing covers 1–8 colours; the fitment is a spout with screw cap, available in a small-diameter version. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with dimensions and fitments made to order.

It suits laundry detergent, disinfecting liquids, inks and pigments, and is often used for liquid refills that need to be kept out of strong light. A small spout makes viscous liquids easier to control, cutting down on wall cling and drips so both the workshop and the shop counter stay tidier.

Where a container opening is already fixed, the spout can be matched to it before tooling starts, and the pouch height adjusted so the fill volume stays the same.
