Custom Packaging Pouch 1–100 ml, Single-Use

Made to order, this single-use boar semen pouch is designed around cold storage and transport after collection: once filled and sealed it can go straight into a low-temperature store and be taken out at insemination, removing the cleaning and sterilising steps and matching the habits of single-use equipment.

The body is made of laminated material. Cold storage and transport place demands on pouch flexibility, and a laminated film is convenient to handle in that kind of take-out-and-put-back routine. Once the spout is welded to the body a closed outlet is formed, and the seal edges pass through heat and pressure to reduce leakage in storage and transit.

Volume is 1-100 ml and printing can reach 1-8 colours with the panel set to customer requirements. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, origin Dongguan, Guangdong, brand Kody Packaging, and pouch dimensions can be agreed per order.

The application is liquid packaging, filling boar semen, livestock insemination liquid and animal semen, liquids that need refrigerated transfer; breeding farms and insemination service points use it frequently, and the pouch is sized so a batch can be packed compactly into a cold box.
