Shaped stand-up spout pouches are single-use flexible packs for squeeze jelly and children's complementary foods, made from laminated material in volumes from 1-1000 ml. The outline can be die-cut into a shaped profile, and the spout allows the contents to be sucked straight out, so a child needs no cutlery and the pack is discarded afterwards.
In structure, the laminate layers carry print, provide strength and deliver the heat-seal surface; the spout is welded to the upper body and the shaped outline is defined by the die. Because the pack is used once, the design balances a secure seal with easy opening, so the tear point must be easy to find.
Volumes are 1-1000 ml, printing runs to 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Shaped profiles, spout diameter, pouch size and colour scheme are all customisable; send a reference pouch or artwork and the structure is confirmed through a trial sample.
The application is liquid food packaging, covering fresh milk, juice drinks, soy milk, soup, coffee, milk tea, jelly and jam. Children's foods and squeeze jellies depend on smooth spout flow and on the pouch resisting rupture under pressure, and a laminated structure offers room to tune both.
