Custom Pure-Aluminium Liquid Pouch 5 L with Spout for Liquids

This portable liquid pouch uses aluminium foil and pure aluminium as the main body materials, with large and small spout diameters and a screw cap. At 5 L it is aimed at liquids that need light blocking and good barrier performance; an all-aluminium body blocks light more effectively than a clear film pouch.

The body is built from aluminium foil and pure aluminium. Aluminium itself does not heat seal, so in practice it is laminated with sealable films to form a composite in which the aluminium carries the barrier duty. The dense pure aluminium layer limits oxygen and moisture transmission, while the foil layer stays flexible when folded. Aluminium creases easily, so repeated heavy compression in transit should be avoided.

The volume is 5 L and printing is available in 1–8 colours. The fittings are a spout and screw cap. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and the spout comes in two diameters so it can match the filling line and the way the pouch is used. Bag style and artwork are made to order.

Main uses are drinking water, beverages, soup and milk, as well as outdoor and emergency stock that benefits from being stored away from light. The spout and cap allow partial dispensing and can be resealed for continued storage.

The pouches are produced by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Lamination and bag making are handled in house, and a sample can be made from the customer's bag to confirm the aluminium structure and print result. The ratio of foil to pure aluminium, the number of print colours and the fittings all affect unit price, which is quoted against the approved sample.
