Custom Pure-Aluminium Spout Pouch 380 ml for Hydrogen-Rich Water

This pure aluminium hydrogen water spout pouch is named at 380 ml and spans 1-10 L in the specification table, fitted with a spout and screw cap and built from pure aluminium and metallized material. A pure aluminium build performs strongly on light blocking and oxygen barrier, which suits contents such as hydrogen-rich water where oxidation needs limiting; the antioxidant wording in the name refers to this light-excluding, oxygen-blocking approach to packaging.

As the core barrier material, the pure aluminium layer is essentially opaque to light and holds back oxygen and moisture better than ordinary plastic film. To keep the aluminium from cracking during pouch making and filling, adhesive volume and curing conditions have to be controlled at lamination and paired with a flexible plastic layer. The inner layer touches the water directly, so its material balances seal strength against hygiene requirements.

Printing covers 1 to 8 colours. Volume spans 1-10 L, accessories are a spout and screw cap, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout opening and seal width are all customisable, with artwork produced from the customer's file.
