Custom Pure-Aluminium Spout Pouch 380 ml for Hydrogen-Rich Water

A spout pouch dedicated to hydrogen-rich water, filled at 380ML, which places it between small trial packs and large sharing bottles and makes it a reasonable mid-size option for household packs or distribution. Hydrogen escapes readily, so the body is arranged around a pure aluminium layer as its main barrier.

The films bring together transparent film, aluminium foil and pure aluminium. The foil shades the contents, the pure aluminium closes off the oxygen path, and the transparent film keeps a degree of see-through so the remaining volume can be checked at a glance. A screw cap and spout serve as the mouth fittings, with the cap's sealing face matching the spout thread so it still seats after repeated opening and closing.

Volume spans 1-10L, printing runs to 1-8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Pouch proportions, spout bore and printed layout can all be customised to a drawing, and the size of the clear zone is open to discussion. The order of the plies is fixed at the lamination stage, so the structure stays consistent from one run to the next.

Applications cover drinking water pouches, hydrogen-rich water pouches, draught beer pouches, soup pouches, milk pouches and juice pouches. Storage temperature, filling method and shipping distance all feed into material selection, so it is safer to mention them up front.
