Custom Pure-Aluminium Spout Pouch 5 L, 10 L, with Handle for Beer

A stand-up spout pouch for outdoor use, built mainly from pure aluminium. It covers 5 L and 10 L, comes with a handle and spout, and is made for carrying liquids on camping trips, picnics and outdoor work. The light-blocking and oxygen-barrier properties of aluminium suit beer and other drinks sensitive to light and oxygen.

The body combines pure aluminium with metallized material. The pure aluminium layer gives a steady barrier and blocks light, while the metallized layer forms a reflective metal surface that adds appearance value and some barrier effect. Aluminium pouches are supple but dislike repeated creasing, so sharp objects should be kept away during transport and use.

Volumes run from 1–10 L, with 5 L and 10 L as the common sizes, and printing covers 1–8 colours. The fittings are a spout, handle and screw cap, with a MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions and artwork are made to order.

The pouch suits beer, beverages and drinking water, and is common at outdoor gatherings, campsite supply and mobile stalls. The handle lets it be carried by hand, the spout allows partial pouring, and the screw cap keeps the pack sealed after opening.
