Because hydrogen leaves water easily, the body relies on pure aluminium as its main barrier, supported by metallized and transparent films so that gas retention and flavour stability both have something to lean on.

On the material side, the aluminium blocks light and oxygen, the metallized film adds stiffness, and the transparent layer leaves a small window so the fill level and the look of the contents stay visible. The spout and screw cap form the closure: the weld face at the spout base is flat, and the cap seats firmly once tightened.

Volume spans 1-10L, printing is available in 1-8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Artwork can follow the brand's visual system, pouch shape and spout size can be changed, and the size and position of the clear window are open to discussion.
