Also aimed at hydrogen-rich water filling, this 550 ml spout pouch starts its film sequence from the transparent layer. The outer ply is clear, so printed graphics sit directly on the surface layer and read as bright and open; moving inward, metallized film and pure aluminium are stacked on top, leaving light blocking and oxygen blocking to the metal layers.

The lamination order shapes how the pouch feels in the hand. A clear outer layer shows off brand graphics, the metallized film gives the body its stand-up structure, and the aluminium seals out oxygen and light. A screw cap and spout are fitted at the mouth, the cap threads turn smoothly, and the bore of the spout can be chosen to match filling speed.

Volume can be selected across 1-10L, printing runs to 1-8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Customers may specify the shape of the clear zone, and can also adjust pouch height and where the spout is mounted. Whether the clear zone runs the full height of the pouch or only part of the panel is settled at the drawing stage.
