Jelly and milk spout pouches are stand-up liquid-food packs made from laminated material in volumes from 1-1000 ml. The jelly, milk, juice drink and salad dressing named in the product represent the range of contents this format has to handle, from suckable gels to thicker sauces, all dispensed through the spout.
The body is laminated from several layers, each with a distinct role in printing, strength or heat sealing. The stand-up base opens once filled so the pouch stands; the joint between spout and body is the sealing priority, and weld width and temperature have to match the material gauge or leakage appears under squeezing.
On specification, volumes are 1-1000 ml, printing supports 1-8 colours and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch size, spout diameter, gusset width and colour scheme are made to order, and a sample run starts as soon as artwork is available. Colour count can follow the customer's own artwork, and a trial bag confirms the flow before bulk runs.
The application is liquid food packaging. Milk and salad dressing differ in their sensitivity to temperature and sealing, so the laminate can be adjusted to the filling temperature and storage conditions of the contents. Jelly and juice products depend more on smooth spout flow, avoiding blockages from small particles.
