Custom Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml for Laundry Detergent and Sheet Mask

The odd-shape stand-up die-cut spout pouch pairs a die-cut body with a spout, and it can hold laundry detergent, sheet-mask essence, perm solution and hair dye. Die-cutting lets the outline be cut to a drawing rather than being limited to a rectangle, while the stand-up construction means a filled pouch stays upright on its own. The body material combines laminated material with aluminium foil, covering both barrier and strength. Kody Packaging makes the pouch to order in volumes from 1-1000 ml, minimum order 10,000 pcs.

Die-cutting cuts the outline in one pass, and an odd shape helps build recognition on a shelf; inside the laminate the foil layer blocks light and oxygen while the other functional plies provide strength and the heat-seal. The spout sits at the top of the body, and a screw-cap nozzle controls the flow during use. Sheet-mask essence dispenses smoothly, and cream products can be squeezed out through a wider nozzle.

Printing runs 1-8 colours, volumes span 1-1000 ml, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Outline, die-cut dimensions, spout diameter and artwork all follow a customer drawing.

Applications sit under liquid packaging: laundry detergent, sheet masks and perm or dye liquids, plus cleaners, disinfectant water, shampoo, facial cleanser and body lotion.

Production is in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand; sampling confirms the appearance before bulk output. Because the outline is cut to a drawing, a new shape can be added without changing the rest of the specification. Bag dimensions and spout diameter are agreed at the same time as the artwork.
