Custom Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml, Small-Mouth for Milk and Juice

A small-bore spout pouch covering a capacity range from 1-1000ml, which takes in everything from trial packs to family sizes. The mouth is kept narrow so the contents flow out gently and a child is less likely to choke while drinking, which suits foods of very different textures such as yoghurt, fruit puree and juice.

The body is made from laminated material, where several plies together balance softness against barrier performance. A small-bore spout sits at the top of the pouch, and the body can either be a stand-up structure that holds its shape once filled, or a softer pouch with a spout that can be squeezed for dispensing. Which of the two body styles fits better depends on how the product is meant to be eaten.

Printing covers 1-8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout bore, whether a screw cap is added, and the artwork can all be customised, with the actual capacity set within the range according to the fill volume required.

Applications are listed as liquid foods, including fresh milk, juice and beverages, soy milk, soup, coffee, milk tea, jelly and jam. Juice and jelly differ widely in viscosity, so the spout bore can be chosen to match how freely the contents flow.
