Custom Spout Pouch 10 L for Waterproof Material and Latex

A 10-litre large-capacity spout pouch for coating and building-material liquids. Volumes run from 1–20 L, the pouch is stand-up and foldable, and a spout, screw cap and carry feature are fitted. It is used for waterproofing materials, latex paint and paint.

The body is laminated material, and the thickened wording in the name refers to a body thickness raised to suit the load, which reduces bulging and the risk of damage once filled. The inner layer seals and resists the contents, while the outer layer takes the print. The spout area has to be reinforced together with the body to avoid cracking under filling load.

Volumes run from 1–20 L and printing covers 1–8 colours. Fittings are a spout, screw cap and carry feature, with a MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Bag style, material thickness and artwork can all be made to order.

The pouch suits latex paint, waterproofing materials and paint, which are relatively viscous, and can also be used for other industrial and household liquids. The spout makes pouring and portioning easier, the carry feature helps move the pouch around a site or workshop, and the screw cap reseals the pack to reduce skinning.

Made by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Samples can be produced from the customer's material properties and reference bag to confirm body strength and seal performance before production is arranged. Material thickness, artwork and fittings change the price, which is confirmed against the sample and the order requirements.
