Custom Spout Pouch 15 ml for Lip Gloss, Mascara and Lip Glaze

The custom spout pouch with a hang hole for lipstick and lip gloss is specified at 15 ml, a packaging format for small-dose colour cosmetics and lip products. A custom outline plus hang hole defines the structure: the hole lets the pack hang on a shelf peg or display rail and saves tray space, while the spout suits thicker pastes such as lip balm, lip glaze and lip gloss, which are squeezed out and applied directly.

The body uses laminated material, bonded in layers so that even at a thin specification it keeps some rigidity and sealing ability. A small pouch leaves less tolerance in the seams, so heat-seal parameters have to be re-tuned to the film thickness. How safe the inner layer is in contact with a lip product is settled at the material selection stage, and customers need to state the solvents and oils in the formulation.
